Please Submit One Form Per Hotel

As a member of the ASFONA team you will be joining a group of dedicated professionals, all committed to working together with Starwood in creating memorable experiences for guests at all Starwood hotels.

Just complete the information required in the following electronic form and check the submit button. The ASFONA office will then send you an invoice through the mail. The invoice will be sent to the Hotels address and for the attention of the General Manager.

The Annual Dues are US $575 Per Hotel - DUE: July 1st. Each Year.
Note: Please submit one form per hotel.
